User-Provided Information
The Application/Website/Services record the information you provide when you download and register for the Application or Services. Access to your Personal information
UpswingIt will provide you with the means to ensure that your Personal information is correct and current. if you have filled out a user profile, it will provide an obvious way for you to access and change your profile from its Application/Services/Website.
UpswingIt requests users to allow access to the contact list. If you provide us access to your phone’s contact list and images, we also collect these from you in the UpswingIt App. The specific information we use are the names and the phone numbers of the contacts. This is used by the App so that you can easily send invites to your contact list to be co-parents. We do not store any contact information permanently, but rather collect this information within the UpswingIt App for you to select individual names and send invites to specific contacts. You can always “decline” giving us access to your phone’s contact list and images.
UpswingIt is using a local wishlist image store to create dynamic shareable links with other users. This is needed for the wishlist-sharing feature which enables users to share these images to social media platforms one their command. This is not a compulsory feature and will only be done if requested by the user.
